Airport collection
Free Heathrow Airport collection is available for students joining the University at the following intakes
- Pre-sessional English - starting in June, August and September
- Graduate Certificate in Business starting in May
- September - undergraduate and postgraduate start

The collection is available from Heathrow airport only. To request a FREE airport collection you must complete the online Arrival Form and submit it by the deadline as stated below. If you have any difficulties completing the form, you may request a PDF version of the form from email: iss@herts.ac.uk
The airport collection dates for 2013 are as published below.

Only if you have provided us with complete flight arrival details, and you are arriving at Heathrow Airport on the dates mentioned above are you eligible for the FREE airport pick up. Please ensure the form is submitted by the deadline, if your form is late we cannot guarantee the airport collection service to you.
In order to fully complete the online airport arrival form, please keep your flight details at hand. The following personal details will also be required:
- Course details (name of course)
- Accommodations details (address of where you will stay in the UK)
- Arrival details (flight date and time, airline name and flight number, your arrival airport)
Once the online Arrival Form has been submitted, a confirmation page will follow, which contains full details about the airport pick up. We strongly recommend for you to print or save this page.

A further acknowledgement email will also be sent by the University to those eligible for the airport collection service.
If you make any changes to your arrival plans (e.g. arrival time) after you submit the online Arrival Form please email details of these changes to email: iss@herts.ac.uk there will be no need to resubmit this form.
