Both routes help you develop the knowledge of the academic subjects you need to progress onto your chosen degree. Both routes also aim to develop your communication and presentation skills as well as your ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Your IELTS score determines which route you should apply for, English Focus or Subject Focus.  You need an overall IELTS score of 4.5 (with minimum of 4.0 in each band) for English Focus and an overall IELTS score of 5.5 (with a minimum of 5.0 in each band) for Subject Focus.

Please note that the Pharmaceutical science, Mpharm, Nutrition and Dietetics route is only available to Subject Focus students.
