Credit bearing health CPD courses
Most of our health CPD courses have professional entry requirements. For this reason you need to complete an application form for the course you would like to attend.
If you are applying from within the NHS and wish to be funded by your employer your Education Lead or training manager will need to countersign your application form.

Non-medical prescribing Courses
If you are applying to one of the following courses you need to fill in a Supplementary Admissions Form.
- Non medical prescribing for allied health professionals
- Non medical prescribing for nurses (V300)
- Non medical prescribing for pharmacists
This form enables us to make sure that all Department of Health and professional body criteria are being met.

Healthcare Mentorship Preparation forms
For the Healthcare mentorship preparation (taught) course you also need to fill in the appropriate form:

To book your place on a non-credit bearing Health CPD short course, please download and fill in the Short courses booking form. The completed form should be sent to us via email at cpdhealth@herts.ac.uk.
If there are places left on the course we will send you an invitation to register for the course online.
