Assessment
Completion of the module will allow you to develop your critical appraisal skills, improve your own learning and that of others in your work environment, communicate effectively with others, use commonly available IT tools, manage time and resources effectively and solve problems in a logical manner You will be required to explore an area of professional practice where there are specific learning needs and will be guided in a critical situational analysis with a view to service or professional improvement. The submission will equate to 5000 word
