This Tissues viability modalities course aims to increase your knowledge and understanding of advanced tissue viability modalities and contemporary developments in managing patients with wounds.
Topics will typically include the physiological actions of modalities such as electrical stimulation of wounds, larval therapy, compression, negative pressure therapy and the use of antimicrobial agents.
In addition, contemporary wound issues and technological developments will be discussed in the context of the management of patients with compromised tissue viability.
