Where are they now?

Nadine Godfrey, a recent mathematics graduate, spent a year on a placement with Microsoft in their finance department while studying for her degree. She was awarded the Microsoft Award for Best Personal Development student 2009.
While on placement Nadine completed five Microsoft Certified Application Specialist exams and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist exam which is usually only taken by experienced IT professionals. Nadine has since completed her degree studies and is now back working for Microsoft.
Max Podger, a recent graduate in astrophysics, is now working for British Energy at its Heysham site.
Tom Dixon, a mature student and recent astrophysics graduate, is now pursuing a PhD in extragalactic astronomy at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. His thesis topic is “Advanced Methods for Weak Gravitational Lensing on Pan-STARRS".
