Hertfordshire Law Journal

ISSN 1479-4195

Launched in 2002, the Journal seeks to promote awareness, knowledge and discussion on matters of international commercial law and policy in their broadest terms. While academic in focus, the Journal also aims to be of interest to practitioners as well as the wider business community, (reflecting the concerns and demands generated by the e-commerce environment).

The Journal encourages critical contributions that consider international commercial law in its various contexts, across the full spectrum of public and private international law, international trade, cyber law (including e-contracts, e-finance, e-crime and data protection) as well as wider commercial concerns. The Journal also features student supplements (both undergraduate and postgraduate) derived from the Centre for International Law’s annual competition.

The Hertfordshire Law Journal is published twice yearly (Spring and Autumn) by the University of Hertfordshire’s Centre for International Law in CD format as well as online.
