Is there a possibility to take a placement year?

Yes, we encourage you to apply for one because it is a great way to enhance your CV. In the past, many students who have performed well during the year have been offered a job after you graduate. We have a placements office which advertises vacancies on behalf of companies and will help you to present your CV as well as possible but if you decide to apply, you will go forward to the company’s selection procedure and will have to win the place on your own merits.

Companies such as Rolls Royce and Bloomberg have employed students for placement in recent years.
