About The Big Draw
The Big Draw is a national campaign aimed to get everyone drawing. It aims to encourage drawing as an enjoyable public activity as well as a private passion. The Campaign sees drawing as a life skill: a vital tool for thinking, inventing and communicating.
The Big Draw sees two days of creative activity, centred around the theme of ‘drawing to music’ as introduced by James Mayhew during his children’s classical music concert on the same weekend. Sunday brings a workshop and free drawing session before and after James’ concert while Monday features free drawing sessions all day led by the School of Education, with live music performed over the lunchtime period to inspire artists.
Come along to the de Havilland Campus and join in.
