Aimhigher
Aimhigher is a government initiative designed to widen access to higher education from groups in the population where previous experience of higher education within the community has been limited.
Through raising individual aspirations and perceptions of the benefits of higher education experience and qualification, it encourages greater participation in higher education from these target groups.
Aimhigher comprises a number of partner agencies within Hertfordshire, including the University, and is very active in undertaking a wide range of activities to support its objectives.
