The Hertfordshire MBA has offered innovative management learning since 1988. A leading management qualification, the MBA will consolidate your business knowledge and enrich your management thought, through experiential learning and working on global live business projects.

These events are ideal to meet with Hertfordshire MBA alumni as well as current students. Our students work with some of the leading employers including Ford, BT, HP, IBM, DHL, NHS and many run their own business. Members of the academic team and the Director of MBA Programmes will be at hand to discuss our Alumni, Professional and Corporate Scholarships along with our easy payment schemes available for the MBA.

MBA entry requirements

An honours degree (at least 2:2 or above), or higher degree, or a professional qualification of equivalent standard, in any discipline.

Ideally you should have five years' relevant work experience. Those with less than five years' work experience will be considered on an individual basis taking into consideration their business exposure, leadership skills and professional achievements over the last three years.

We are pleased to accept all qualifications included in the UCAS tariff points system (e.g. International Baccalaureate, key skills).

Applicants with other qualifications, and those with significant work experience but not in possession of the above academic qualifications, will be considered on a case by case basis.

An IELTS score of 6.5 or TOEFL score of 580 (237 CBT, 89 IBT) is required for those for whom English is not their first language.

Fees and funding

We are offering a limited number of professional achievement-based partial scholarships for applicants who are able to demonstrate professional excellence. Find out more about these on our Fees and Scholarships page.

Exemptions

Important note: The Hertfordshire MBA does not allow any exemptions to students who may have studied a postgraduate diploma in business.

The MBA may only be achieved by successfully completing the full programme of study.
