Starting university is an exciting time, yet as you adjust to a new culture and routine there may be occasions when you need practical help and information, or simply a listening ear.
At the Business School we pride ourselves on the high levels of support we offer our students.
Student Support and Guidance (SSG) office
The Student Support and Guidance (SSG) office provides administrative and academic support, and it is your first point of contact if you have any routine student enquiries, including:
- completion and signing of relevant forms
- programme transfers and withdrawals
- module changes
- late enrolment
- examination queries
- collection of student information to provide the basis for a reference.
Office hours
Monday – Thursday: 8.30-17.00
Friday: 8.30-16.00
