The Redesigning services for the future course is open to all qualified health professionals including team leaders and aspiring leaders of the future.
Course content
In challenging times where services need to be developed to meet growing demands but with decreasing resources, explore using models, theories and the evidence base how you can make this happen on the Redesigning services for the future course.
The course covers three main themes:
Leadership Session - What is leadership and how do you lead? What types of leaders are required in challenging times? How can leadership styles influence team motivation and outcomes?
Service Development Session - How do you involve service users and other stakeholders in service development? How to identify what to change? How do you prepare for the future?
Advancing Change Session - Facilitating change through people and process. Making the change happen, creating a sense of urgency and commitment.
