The leadership in practice course is aimed at all health professionals with an interest in developing their leadership skills.
Course content
Students will be given the opportunity to attend lectures, discuss, debate and work in groups to present a series of seminars which address:
- The Changing Context of Work
- Theories and Leadership
- Working as a Leader

The course work is presented as a project which contextualises a critical evaluation of the student’s leadership styles and ability to act as a strategic leader within the context of the organisation Where is the module taught and by whom? College lane campus or via distant learning. This will be taught by Cheri Hunter
