ISMM Institute of Sales and Marketing Management Level 3

What you will study

To achieve the certificate level you must complete four mandatory units:

  • Understanding laws and ethics of selling
  • Preparing and delivering a sales presentation
  • Handling objections
  • Understanding influences on buyer behaviour

The diploma comprises the four mandatory units above plus another four or five units selected from the list below to a credit value of 20

  • Understanding customer segmentation and profiling
  • Understanding sales and marketing in organisations
  • Using market information for sales
  • Time and territory management for sales people
  • Planning for professional development
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Sales pipeline management

There are no formal entry requirements, but it helps if you have a background that enables you to benefit from the course and study at this level, which aligns approximately with A level.

Each unit costs £550, however if you book the complete programme at once you will receive a 10% discount.

And if you are a member of the University of Hertfordshire Alumni Association or a Business School Corporate Partner, you will receive a 15% discount.
