To apply for any other programme, you will need to complete a University of Hertfordshire application form.
The form can be submitted as an online application. However, we understand that some applicants are unable to use an online form, or prefer not to use one, so Pdf and Microsoft Word application forms are available.
Online application
You can apply online if you apply directly to the University of Hertfordshire - this is our preferred method. When you apply online we can consider your application quickly and contact you rapidly.
Please note, applications for full-time undergraduate programmes should be made through UCAS.
Pdf and Microsoft Word application forms
If you prefer not to apply online, please download the University of Hertfordshire application form:
Completed application forms can be emailed to ask@herts.ac.ukCompleting a written application form
If you decide to use either the PDF or Word version, you will need to print off the form and fill it in completely by handwriting in black ink.
Please do not try to save the MS Word form and type on it because this will lose the pagination of the form making it difficult to process your application.
Submitting a written application form
When you have completed the form in handwriting, please send it to the following address.
