Payment
When to pay
You will be required to pay:
- full tuition fee at registration
OR
- 50 per cent at registration with the remaining fee in:
- January (for September registration)
- May (for February registration)
Do you have a student loan?
If the student loan company pays your fee, there is no need for you to pay the tuition fees before or during your first degree studies if you are a UK/EU full-time undergraduate student.
How to pay
You can pay your course fees by:
- credit card or debit card
- cheque
- student loan.

Cheque
Make your cheque payable to the 'University of Hertfordshire'.
Please put your Student ID number on the back of the cheque.

Monday to Thursday: 9.30 - 16.00
Friday: 9.30 - 15.00
Student loan
If you are a full-time undergraduate and the student loan company is paying your tuition fee, please ensure our Student Finance Team have your Student Support Number.
