Refunds

If you need to apply for a refund, please see the information below to see whether you are eligible for a refund and if so, how much you are entitled to.

Refunds to students will be made to the original source i.e. the country and the account from which the money was sent. This is to comply with money laundering guidelines.

Refunds will only be processed on completion of the tuition fees refund form.

Submit your refund application form by email to PayUs@herts.ac.uk.

	On or after 15th April 2013	100% of tuition fees	No refund
B	On or before 30th November 2012	None (or 50% of any deposit paid)	Full refund, if any payment made
	On or after 1st December 2012	Full fee for year	No refund
C	On or before 30th November 2012	£2000 (50% of deposit)	£2000 (50% of deposit)
	On or after 1st December 2012	Full fee for year	No refund
