Course content

The ALSO® intensive training course consists of written, pre-course material, lectures, seminars and practical sessions that seek to re-create the clinical environment by using simulation to rehearse skills. Scenario based learning will be utilised and candidates will be encouraged to develop their practical skills.

The course will be dedicated to promoting the development of technical expertise in the skills and practices required to assess and manage obstetric emergencies.
