About the course
Examine films from a historical, critical and theoretical perspective, learn to write like a journalist, study popular media forms including music and the concept of the celebrity, use software packages to design layouts for magazines and web sites.
Entry requirements
300 UCAS points
GCSE minimum grade of C in English Language and Maths or equivilent is required.
A minimum IELTS score of 6.5 , TOEFL 580 (237 CBT) or equivalent is required for those for whom English is not their first language.

English language requirements
All students from non-majority English speaking countries require proof of English language proficiency. The following qualifications and grades will be considered
- GCSE English language grade A-C
- IELTS 6.5 (with no less than 5.5 in any band)
Other English language tests are accepted. Please contact the International Office for details.
