How we will achieve our aims:

• THEORY
We will introduce a range of ideas and models relating to how we, as human beings, make sense of, and respond to, our world.

• PRACTICE
We will explore these ideas and models with each other utilising a range of practical exercises.

• APPLICATION
We will provide ideas, practical tools and techniques, based on these ideas and models, that you can use for yourself and those with whom you work.
