About the course

- This is an excellent course which enables you to extend your knowledge of Mathematics whilst gaining extremely valuable and vocational skills which can lead to a lucrative career;
- Your first year is common with students from the general Mathematics degree and those specializing in Computing Mathematics, which gives you the chance to reconfirm your choice or opt for the BSc Mathematics or BSc Computing Mathematics before your second year studies begin;

Entry requirements
260 UCAS points which must include at least grade C in Mathematics GCE A2 level; mathematics, plus GCSE English and mathematics at grade C or above. A minimum IELTS score of 6.0,TOEFL 550 (213 CBT) is required for those for whom English is not their first language. Equivalent qualifications welcomed.We are pleased to accept all qualifications included in the UCAS tariff points system (e.g. International Baccalaureate, key skills). English language requirements
All students from non-majority English speaking countries require proof of English language proficiency. The following qualifications and grades will be considered
- GCSE English language grade A-C
- IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any band)
