About the course

- This BSc Honours degree course in Film and TV Production is run 50:50 between the School of Engineering and Technology and the School of Creative Arts.
- The production of every major film and TV programme involves the creation and manipulation of high definition digital images and sound. This BSc degree in Film and TV Production combines a study of the scientific principles underlying the technologies used to create video and audio content with the development of creative skills required for careers in the film and television industry.
- You will be offered the chance to develop both technically and creatively. You will gain practical, hands-on skills through the process of film and television production and post-production whilst acquiring knowledge and understanding of the technology used to support and enhance the creative process.

Entry requirements

GCSE: must include Mathematics, English Language and Science at grade C or above

English language requirements
All students from non-majority English speaking countries require proof of English language proficiency. The following qualifications and grades will be considered
- GCSE English language grade A-C
- IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any band)
