About the course
- The BSc(Hons Environmental Management degree offers you a balance between the natural and social sciences and gives you the knowledge and skills for employment in a broad range of environmental jobs.
- You learn about biodiversity and conservation, business and the environment, countryside management, global change and development
- The course combines practical and fieldwork learning in our specialist laboratory facilities, including our dedicated Geographic Information laboratories and the Bayfordbury field station
- It gives you the option to do a work placement in the UK or overseas or study abroad in one of our partner institutions
- It is accredited by the Institution of Environmental Sciences. This means that on graduation, you have automatic eligibility to become an Associate Member of the Institution, giving a real kick-start to your career.
Entry requirements
260 UCAS points. GCSE English Language, Maths & Double Science ( or 2 single sciences) at Grade C or above
BTEC Nationals (NQF/QCF) accepted at equivalent of 260 points. GCSE English Language, Maths & Double Science(or 2 single sciences) at Grade C or above.
Successful completion of Access to HE with Merit Profile in 45 credits at Level 3
