Centre for Coaching and Mentoring

The University’s Centre for Coaching and Mentoring (CCM) is a focus for knowledge exchange and professional development in coaching and mentoring for both individuals and organisations. As well as providing research, consultancy and bespoke short courses, the Centre provides a varied programme of practical workshops, events and networking opportunities, as well as conferences.
What can I study?
The workshops cover a range of coaching and mentoring topics, such as: coaching through dilemma and paradox, setting up an E-mentoring scheme, coaching for collaborative action, positively speaking, personal construct psychology, and group supervision.
Where and when are they held?
Workshops are usually 3 hours long and are held during the afternoon or early evening, at de Havilland Campus.
What will I get out of it?
As an individual, you’ll leave the workshop with new skills and insights which can benefit both your career and your business.
Additionally, workshop attendees who have attended a minimum of eight workshops may undergo assessment to achieve credits towards a professional development diploma.
