The University of Hertfordshire Centre for Coaching and Mentoring aims to be a focus for knowledge exchange and professional development in coaching and mentoring for individuals and organisations.
Our activities include:
- research
- consultancy
- the provision of short courses and programmes in Coaching and Mentoring
- Forum activities.
We aim to build links with other associations in developing, researching and evaluating the field of Coaching and Mentoring in organisations.

Join the Coaching and Mentoring Forum
You are invited to become a member of the Forum for Coaching and Mentoring.
The Forum was created as a direct response to feedback from participants at the inaugural conference held in September 2009.
It is led by our members for our members and provides a varied programme of events and opportunities for networking, as well as an annual conference (to be held this year on 16 September 2009).
We aim to be a focus for knowledge exchange and professional development in coaching and mentoring for individuals and organisations through our coaching and mentoring forum.

Learning and development
We offer courses which award credits towards the achievement of a University of Hertfordshire Certificate and Diploma in Professional Development, and other qualifications for both you and others in your team and organisation.
We have experience ranging across public, private and voluntary sectors, with particular expertise in the fields of education, business and management and the health sectors.
