Areas of research
The breadth and quality of our research is truly outstanding, covering some 2,000 specialist fields, with 85 per cent of our output independently recognised as being of an international standard.
Research is carried out by our three dedicated research institutes:
- Health and Human Sciences Research Institute (HHSRI)
- Science and Technology Research Institute (STRI)
- Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities Research Institute (SSAHRI)
