About the course

The programme develops project management knowledge, leadership capabilities, and practical skills. It does this by consolidating existing experience and knowledge, as well as providing an introduction to the core principles of organisational project management.

Participants will also study the theory and practice of leadership as well as developing skills and competencies required to continue their personal development in increasingly demanding contexts.

Typically, participants come from a wide variety of work backgrounds. Throughout the course they will gain exposure to new perspectives, approaches, frameworks and ideas.

If you are new to projects or planning to move into a leadership role, our intensive PgCert programme (comprising Modules 1 and 2) focuses on the management and leadership aspects of projects, and will help you develop your knowledge and learn new skills. Graduates of the PgCert can progress to the full MSc, carrying forward their accumulated credits.
