Executive level programmes

If you are actively managing challenging business transformations or major project developments and wish to develop your professional value, then these part-time programmes are for you.
The programmes are taught by professionals, for professionals and are run in partnership with CITI, a leading commercial provider of advanced project and change management development and support.
Analysis and reflective learning, based around real projects in the workplace, are key factors in these unique programmes.
The programmes are constructed to create a lasting impact on the knowledge, skill levels and approach of project and change managers, by challenging their beliefs and behaviours in the execution of major business initiatives.
Learners become authoritative and expert practitioners, who base decisions and judgments on evidence derived from reliable sources and practical experiences, interpreted through critical reflection.
MSc Managing Organisational Change
The aim of the MSc Managing Organisational Change is to develop professional project and programme managers, qualified to manage the most complex business transformation programmes and expert in the politics and processes of change environments. This programme teaches a systemic approach to the application of change management which addresses, in detail, both the delivery and the adoption sides of change. It includes demonstrated best practice to develop change and support delivery, and creates experts who can lead successful organisational transformation projects.
MSc Managing Major Projects
The aim of the MSc Managing Major Projects is to develop professional project and programme managers skilled enough to run product developments that typically involve large stakeholder groups, high public visibility, environmental and societal impacts, and the need to manage third-party suppliers. This rigorous programme is based on key project management disciplines which are needed to ensure that large projects can be initiated and completed, delivering fit-for-purpose products against an agreed and credible time and cost envelope. Both programmes address sub-optimal achievement in the construction of major sets of deliverables, and analyses the common concerns which include business justification, large benefit and cost risks and major stakeholder engagement (often with a significant political component).
PgCert Delivering Organisational Change
The programme is designed to provide practitioners with the knowledge, skills and insights to successfully run major change projects. The programme contains a mixture of academic and practical elements and, through its modular structure, enables students to take highly practical techniques and tools back into their workplace.
The PgCert can be studied independently or can be used as a bridge to further learning at MSc level.
Relevance
