Open days in the School of Humanities

Student at an open dayOpen days at the University of Hertfordshire give you the chance to find out what studying with the School of Humanities is like first-hand.

We encourage you to come along to an open day where you can:

  • Explore our facilities
  • Ask questions about our courses to our current staff and students
  • Tour the campus

We run a number of open days throughout the course of the year, to see when our next open day is visit our events page.

Applicant days

Once you have applied to your undergraduate course at the university through UCAS, you will be invited to come along to an applicant day.

This will give you the opportunity to get to know your subject, the department it is in and the staff a little bit better.

The purpose of these days is to be more personalised than the normal open days with the opportunity for you to attend taster lectures and seminars and ask any questions you may have to our student ambassadors.

The School of Humanities is holding applicant days on the following dates:

  • Saturday 28 February 2015
  • Wednesday 11 March 2015
  • Saturday 11 April 2015
