  • meet new contacts
  • achieve innovation

As a creative professional, finding the space to grow and take risks is vital to the growth of your business.

What does the University offer creative professionals?

Students on computers

We offer a range of specialist course for:

  • artists
  • art therapists
  • architects
  • designers
  • musicians
  • photographers
  • teachers
  • film, media and TV professionals

General business skills courses are also available, including bespoke workshops and away-days for team and company development.

Because the University is focused on business needs, we have created a range of programme specifically for creative professionals.

Courses are delivered during afternoons, evenings and weekends and taught by practising professionals.

Opportunities to build a professional network

As well as the chance to learn new skills you'll have the opportunity to meet a range of peers from similar industries – increasing your own professional network.

Risk-taking and innovation

In addition to our courses, we are also offering you the opportunity to develop your own research project.

You will be supported by face-to-face and virtual tutorials to develop an area of practice that might be difficult to achieve privately within your own business.

These projects allow you to take risks in a supportive environment and encourage innovation.

Contact us to discuss your research ideas and to find out how to make submissions.
