The Dean's Awards
Students of Hertfordshire Business School are known for being business-focused with a global outlook. Successfully engaged in social enterprise, commercial work experience and taking advantage of study abroad activities, our students excel in learning, employment and life. The Dean's Awards were created to recognise and celebrate the best of these achievements. For 2016, these inspirational stories were captured in a booklet that is available at the foot of this page.

At Hertfordshire Business School student employability really matters and one way to enhance this is to ensure everyone knows just how good our students are. We encourage them to practice what they’re learning and offer a huge number of work placement and internship opportunities that can take them literally anywhere in the world. We are constantly looking to bring the outside world into HBS and host master classes and employment-focused events throughout the year that are delivered by industry experts. On top of this, we have an exceptional range of accreditations, awards and exemptions from the leading professional bodies that students can take advantage of alongside their academic studies. We also encourage our students to work with the wider community and to challenge themselves in all walks of life.
We are proud of what our students achieve and the Dean’s Awards event is a great way to showcase this. If you are a student reading this, it could be you next year!
