Hertfordshire Business School works with many government agencies, professional bodies, trade groups and network associations within Hertfordshire. By working together, we aim to further enhance business support for industry and businesses within the region and thus drive economic development and prosperity.
Educational best practice
One of our senior academics has been working with a cross-party group of MPs to produce a new report that calls for better integration of entrepreneur skills at all levels of education. "An Education System fit for an Entrepreneur" explores educational best practice at every level, both within the UK and all over the world, something which has never been done before.
The report acknowledges the vital role entrepreneurship plays in economic recovery and growth and the importance of providing an education system that can foster entrepreneurial activity and small business creation. The report was published in February 2014 and can be downloaded here.
