Statistical Services and Consultancy Unit
Launched in the mid 1990’s, the Statistical Services and Consultancy Unit (SSCU) is part of Hertfordshire Business School at the University of Hertfordshire and provides statistical consultancy and research work in a wide range of applications. It also has a suite of short courses in statistics which are open to the general public and provides bespoke training courses to organisations.
Recent consultancy clients include AECOM, the Authors Licensing & Collecting Society, Camelot (the operators of the National Lottery), Fasken Martineau (international business law firm), the National Lottery Promotions Unit, the National Measurement Office, Perceptive Games.
Clients for whom we have designed bespoke short courses include British Gas Business, Home Office Scientific Development Branch, IMS Health, Jobcentre Plus, Ministry of Defence, Sport England, T-Mobile.
