Summary of recent work undertaken

We take our purchasing decisions seriously at the University of Hertfordshire. We are working on producing a Sustainable Procurement Plan to demonstrate how we will implement the Government’s Flexible Framework which identifies what is needed to adopt sustainable purchasing practices. 

Fairtrade status

We are an accredited Fair-trade University and offer Fair-trade and ethical products for sale wherever possible across our campuses, including at our Students Union Shop and at our catering outlets.
