We have specifically developed our programme to have two main outputs:
1. The group changes as a result of the learning and confidence gained as we present management and leadership skills in the context of their projects and
2. Uniquely, as our assessment is based around how they apply the learning to their real work projects or professional practice there is tangible evidence of the change you would like to see.
There will be a slightly higher fee because of the nature of the examples given in the sessions.
