Michelin-starred Film Project

A team of Humanities Film students, led by Dr. Steven Peacock, is working with a local Michelin-starred chef to create a series of online videos designed to demystify the processes of top restaurant cooking.

The collaboration between L'Auberge du Lac at Brocket Hall, Welwyn, and Humanities student filmmakers will run for 12 months, and lead to the production of 6 digitally broadcast films showcasing the talents of Executive Chef Phil Thompson.

Steven Peacock notes that for the students - Adam Jones-Lloyd and Abu Jaffer-Ullah - the project marks a 'significant development in our community enterprise portfolio, and the chance to work with high-profile entrepreneurs in the restaurant business.'
