STROLL - Student Reflections on Lifelong e-Learning
Welcome to STROLL
Overview
The JISC funded STROLL Learners Journeys project recruited a diverse range of students from both Higher and Further Education backgrounds to research the students’ experiences of learning in a technology rich environment and their progression in their use of learning technologies over the two years of the project’s timescale. A total of 54 students, aged between 18 and 52, recorded their own video and audio diaries of their learning experiences on up to 4 occasions at approx 6 month intervals. Each day’s diary consists of a brief recording in the morning to state the students plan for the day and a five to ten minute recording in the evening stating what they have achieved, how they studied, the number of hours they spent studying, and the technology they used to aid learning and supplementary questions.
