Paper Submission
1. Presentations
If your abstract for a presentation (based on either research work or case study) has been accepted we would encourage you to submit a research paper of unpublished, original work or a case study (between 2,000 - 4,000 words) for inclusion in the published conference proceedings.
Your presentation at the conference should be between 20-25 minutes long.
2. Discussion session
If your abstract for a discussion session has been accepted you are required to submit a complete research paper of unpublished, original work or a case study (between 2,000 - 4,000 words) for inclusion in the proceedings.
Your work (research paper, case study or other media if desired) will be made available to delegates prior to the conference. The session will be a 5 minute introduction and then a discussion of your work.
3. Workshop
If your abstract submission for a workshop session has been accepted you may, if applicable, wish to submit a research paper of unpublished, original work or a case study (between 2,000 - 4,000 words) for inclusion in the proceedings.
Workshop sessions will be 1 hour long and if any special facilities are required please could presenters contact Liz Mellor
4. Poster/Virtual Poster
If your abstract submission for a poster or virtual poster has been accepted a research paper of unpublished, original work or a case study (between 2,000 - 4,000 words) may be submitted for inclusion in the proceedings.
All submitted papers for inclusion in the proceedings will undergo peer review. Please download the paper template/submission guidance to ensure conformity in style and email your paper to Liz Mellor as a word document.
