Helpdesk opening hours
The Information Hertfordshire Helpdesk is open for staff and students 7 days a week
- Monday to Friday: 08.30 - 22.00*
- Saturday and Sunday: 11.00 - 18.00
Our Helpdesk team will help you with your queries, deal with fault reports, provide quick on the spot help if possible and arrange appointments for specialist support.
* The Helpdesk is open 11.00 - 18.00 hours on public and University holidays (Monday 6 May 2013, Monday 27 May 2013, Tuesday 27 August 2013)
