Andrew Starr
Professor Andrew Starr is the Director of the Centre for Sustainable Communities at the University of Hertfordshire, a new postgraduate centre of excellence in planning & development, transport policy and energy. The centre is a partnership, with many collaborators in the public and private sectors. The Centre’s membership will offer expertise in sustainability issues in novel business, environment and community solutions.
