Attending a mini open day is a great way to experience what it may be like to study at the University of Hertfordshire. Come and take a look around, speak to staff and current students.
What to see at a mini open day
We have a range of events lined up for you at the mini open day, including:
At a mini open day you can attend presentations from:
- life at Herts.
- fees and finance.
Please note, there are no subject talks available at the mini open day. If you are interested in attending subject talks, please come to one of our full undergraduate open days.
Subject and Student support fair
Subject fair – a chance to talk to academics about the subject you’re interested in.
Student support services – find out about the teams who will be on hand to offer support whenever needed.
Campus and Accommodation tours – A walk round the campus lasting approximately 45 minutes led by one of our current students and your chance to take a tour of the University accommodation and living areas.
Arrival and registration
Registration is open from 12:00 until 14:00. Please view the programme to plan your day and which talks you would like to attend.
No ticket is required, but we do advise that you register online.

Once you register to attend a mini open day, you will receive specific travel and parking guidance.
Food and drink
You will find a range of places to eat and drink across the College Lane campus. Why not grab a coffee in Café Rore, sit down in the restaurant for a hot meal or pick up your favourite in Subway?
