The University of Hertfordshire is hosting the 2017 AgriFood Charities Partnership (AFCP) Annual Forum

The role of charities in post-Brexit UK food and farming

The sector faces unprecedented challenges, and opportunities, post-Brexit, which is why the forum will focus on how, and where, Agrifood charities and organisations can best support UK farming.

The conference will be opened by Ave Vinick, Director of Development at the University of Hertfordshire. The University is running a Feed the World campaign to fund ground-breaking research and help improve food security across the World.

Other conference speakers include Calum Murray (Innovate UK), Jane King (AHDB), Caroline Drummond (LEAF) and Leigh Morris (NLBC)

This conference is a great opportunity to network with like-minded charities and organisations as well as learn more about where the most pressing challenges for the sector lie post Brexit.

The full programme can be found on the AFCP website

Delegate attendance is £50.

AFCP member organisations are entitled to one free delegate place if booked before 1 November 2017.
