Do you (or your guests) require a Visa to enter the UK for your Awards ceremony?

As part of the registration process you will be asked this question. If you or your guests require a visa, select 'yes' from the drop-down list.

We will then provide you with a letter on our headed paper to confirm that you are eligible to attend a ceremony. You can present this to your home authority with an application for a visa to enter the UK. It will advise the date of your ceremony and that you may bring 2 guests. We will not know at this stage whether you will be given the opportunity to purchase extra tickets nor whether you have been successful in obtaining any. Therefore, we include a sentence in your letter to reflect this.

This letter will be sent to you at the contact address you have entered on the registration page. We do not send letters direct to the place where you are applying for a visa (eg Embassy, local Visa Application Centre etc).

We do not include the names of your guests in our letter. If this letter is required as supporting evidence for your guests you must write an accompanying letter formally inviting your guests to visit you in the UK, confirming their names and any other details required for the visa application.

We can only provide this letter once we know you are eligible to attend an awards ceremony, therefore, if you contact us prior to this, you will have to wait until you become eligible for your letter.
