Disability or mobility arrangements
As part of the registration process you will be asked if you or your guests have any disability/mobility requirements. If so, please provide brief details and we will contact you (using the details you have registered with) to discuss the matter further. It is then important you reply immediately to ensure we can give you the best possible service.
If the arrangement is for yourself
We will endeavour to keep you seated with your fellow graduates unless your requirement needs you to be seated in a more accessible/appropriate part of the venue. Your 2 guests will be seated with you if this is the case.
If the arrangement is for your guest(s)
At the stage of registration we request details of just your two guests (not extra guests as additional tickets are not guaranteed and you will be able to advise us of their need later at the time of purchase).
If reserved seating is required due to their needs we will ensure at least one other guest is seated with them.
Should you obtain 1 extra ticket we will reserve that ticket holder a seat near to your other guests (which may be alongside or behind).
Should you obtain 2 extra tickets or more these guests will not have reserved seating unless all are minors (under 18 years of age). Therefore, we need to be informed immediately upon purchase so we can ensure they are seated near your adult guests.
Special arrangements for holders of extra ticket(s) with disability or mobility requirements
See our Tickets section for details of any special arrangements that need to be made for holders of extra ticket(s).
