Development programme helps NIBSC managers to take the lead
What were NIBSC’s aims?
Like many public sector organisations the National Institute for Biological Standards and Controls (NIBSC) understands the need to equip senior staff with the skills to manage performance. What’s more, it wanted the leadership development process to become an accepted part of its culture.
NIBSC worked with the Business School at the University of Hertfordshire to introduce a structured management training programme that met these requirements.
