University of Hertfordshire Arts (UHArts) supports the cultural life of the University and the wider community through the provision of high quality and affordable arts events and exhibitions.

The Weston Auditorium
The Weston Auditorium is our impressive multi-purpose arts venue. Each year it plays host to a wide-range of arts events across all platforms. See cult, classic and independent cinema on the impressive cinema screen, or the latest national touring dance and theatre productions brought to life on the stage, or watch an exciting array of music performances.
UH Galleries
Critically acclaimed University of Hertfordshire Galleries (UH Galleries) are among the most innovative contemporary art spaces in the UK. With two dynamic galleries - the Art and Design Gallery in Hatfield - and out new gallery space within the Museum of St Albans – UH Galleries presents international contemporary art to the community and wider audiences, in traditional and sometimes challenging ways.
UH Art Collection
The University of Hertfordshire’s art collection demonstrates the institution’s support of contemporary culture. The philosophy behind the UH Art Collection is to present modern and contemporary art in places where people study, work and visit. This reflects the University of Hertfordshire’s determination to provide not only an attractive education setting but also one which will inform, enlighten and enhance the life of its students, staff and the local community.
UHRecordings
The University’s record label comprises of two divisions - UHR and INFUSE. UHR is dedicated to recording and releasing interesting and contemporary classical recordings. INFUSE provide opportunities for new and upcoming contemporary artists to record and release their material.
de Havilland Philharmonic
The de Havilland Philharmonic has been the University of Hertfordshire’s resident orchestra since 1969. Under conductor Robin Browning, the orchestra perform up to seven concerts a year at The Weston Auditorium.
Hertfordshire Film Partnership
The Hertfordshire Film Partnership connects and supports film exhibitors and education specialists across the county, with the aim of creating cohesive partnerships, sharing good practice and raising the profile of film in Hertfordshire, as well as the aspirations of individuals wishing to undertake career in the film industry.
