Booking tickets with UHArts

Exchanges and refunds

Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded (unless an event is cancelled).

Online Booking

We currently use a third party provider to sell tickets online on our behalf (Ticketline). Please be aware a service charge will be added to your purchase.

Reservations

Seats cannot be reserved unless in exceptional circumstances, such as large group bookings or by agreement with managing staff.

Concessions

Where concessions apply, discounts are available to:

• Full-time students / NUS
• Children aged 16 and under
• People with disabilities (carers receive complimentary tickets)
• Adults aged over 65
• Those in receipt of unemployment benefit
• UH staff, students and alumni
• UH Higher Education Consortium staff and students

Please be aware that you may be asked to provide proof of eligibility when attending your chosen event.

Your Details

We are committed to upholding the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. All personal details you provide will be kept securely and not disclosed to third parties without authorisation.

Other Conditions

• All tickets and discounts are subject to availability.

• All event information correct at time of publishing.

• We reserve the right to make occasional ticket offers, and to change or cancel programmes.

• Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the Duty House Manager.

• Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.

Babies in Arms

Children under 18 months are permitted when suitable; please telephone in advance to check. A ticket must be obtained for every child.

Unaccompanied Children

Children under 14 years are welcome at events where age is not stipulated, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Group Discounts

For every ten tickets purchased, groups receive a complimentary ticket.

Schools and Colleges

We welcome school and college groups, and provide complimentary tickets to accompanying teachers (one teacher for every ten students).
